Creative Marketing Resources, Inc. (CMR) began as a single-person, woman/minority owned advertising and public relations firm in 1995. But it wasn’t long before this ambitious startup had evolved into a full-service agency with the staff and the resources to handle the most challenging and complex marketing assignments.
